This park is a part of the Megurotei, a national important cultural property, where you can enjoy the local history and natural beauty to your heart's content. There are many facilities inside the park, including the Sumon Folk Culture Center, a traditional Japanese garden, a lawn, a flower garden, the Megurotei Museum, the Furusato House exchange center, Wanpaku Plaza, the Fuwa-fuwa Dome and the Uenoyama Botanical Gardens.
