This facility is associated with the Megurotei, and over 10,000 objects are on display, from historical documents dating to the early Edo Period, household articles peculiar to the snow country, unique folk artifacts such as tsugura (special braziers for keeping children warm), functionally designed farming implements, and many other objects that give a glimpse of the lifestyle of the time.
