The Tamakawa brewery was established by the head of the Megurotei, an important cultural property. You can see its natural refrigerator (yukikura) using the region's eponymous snow, as well as the brewery and the sake-making process. The hall has a sake tasting corner, and also sells foods made with the rice used in brewing their ginjoshu sake.
